- Crew — qualified members of the ship's crew (captain, mechanic, crane operator, sailors) with valid seafarer identity cards and qualification certificates corresponding to their positions;
- The deadline for submission of the vessel to the place of rendering services: no more than 1 (one) calendar day from the date of receipt of the bid;
- Availability of documents for the vessel: Certificate of the right of navigation, Classification certificate, Ship's role, insurance policies (CASCO, FDI).
