Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The prices shall be indicated in RUB with no reference to the exchange rates, and shall include all the taxes and fees, as well as transportation and overhead expenses.

Comments:
Each participant must provide a completed application form in electronic form in the "doc" format, as well as a scanned version with a signature and seal.
The column with information is adjusted by the participant, if some document is not provided, then the reason for this action is indicated.
A full package of documents specified in the Participant's Application Form is also provided.
Participants who deliver products to our address, except for the following paragraphs of the Participant Questionnaire, are exempted from providing a full package of documents:
- No. 7, 16, 17 - provided for all types of procedures;
- No. 15 - is provided for procedures that are associated with construction and other works that are part of the SRO;
- No. 20 - for procedures with a cost of 1 million rubles. and higher.
Checking of counterparties is carried out once every 6 months, if the last check of the participant was later than 6 months, then a full package of documents is also requested from the winner of the procedure.
With the cost of procedures more than 5 million rubles. A full package of documents is provided regardless of the latest deliveries of products and inspections of counterparties.
The participant’s questionnaire and other documents are in the procurement documentation (access to them opens after authorization on the electronic trading platform).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
