Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay for the new Goods received in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of signing the consignment note/consignment note or other document confirming acceptance of the Goods, provided there are no claims on the quality, quantity, completeness, configuration of the delivered Goods and provided that the Buyer receives the proper the invoice, the original contract, the specification and the originals of shipping documents issued in the name of the Buyer.
