The cost of work is determined in accordance with the amount of work actually performed and spare parts actually used (spare parts). The cost of work is determined according to the Price List agreed by the parties. The cost of the used spare parts is agreed by the parties prior to the work on the replacement of spare parts and is indicated in the Acts of execution of a one-time bid or Forms-orders and invoices for payment.

The cost of diagnostics of one piece of equipment is fixed regardless of the type of equipment and its service life;
The warranty period for the work performed is at least 90 calendar days;

The increase in the cost of the works specified in the agreed Price List may be made by the Contractor, provided that such an increase is made no earlier than 6 (Six) months from the date of conclusion of the Contract, and no more than 2 (Two) times a year, with the percentage ratio between the current cost of the service specified in the last Price List agreed by the Parties and the offered The price (increased) by the Contractor in the draft of the new Price List may not exceed the calculated consumer price index (CPI). The CPI published on the official website of the authorized federal executive body for a period of time equal to six calendar months preceding the month in which the Contractor provides the Customer with the draft of the new Price List is accepted as the calculated CPI.
