Payment terms:
payment for delivered goods is made by the customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods to the buyer's warehouse. Payment of Bill transfer is possible. Prices must be specified taking into account the transport costs to the buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
1. Delivery of goods is made to the buyer's warehouse by the seller and at its expense until December 14, 2018;
2. This request is not a notice of the contest (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449 Ch. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, art. 1057 – 1061 Ch. 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
3. The seller is obliged to perform the service on his own. Attraction of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the buyer.
By directing the offer (offer) the seller guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. Upon request, the seller is obliged to provide tax reporting for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
If the tax reporting is absent or does not allow with a sufficient degree of certainty to ensure the seller's good faith, the buyer has the right to request other documents proving the possibility of self-fulfillment by the contractor Services, including but not limited to: Extract from the staffing table with the application of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged to perform works, information on the availability of property or on the right to rent: Office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the buyer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
