Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Delivery terms:Delivery by motor transport (multiple of 20tn vehicle loading) to the consignee's warehouse - Kazan and Zelenodolsk during the entire period from 07/16/2026 to 08/15/2026 at the bidding of the consignee within 2 days. Prices in the offer must be indicated in rubles/ton. with VAT with delivery. Please NOTE:
