Comments: At the end of the bidding procedure the request for quotations all participants shall upload to the system the copies of the documents mentioned in the procurement documentation. The organizer has the right to refuse from holding the procedure at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the end of the period for submitting proposals. If any of the requested documents are not provided, the proposal will not be considered.
The detailed description of procurement item, terms and conditions of the provision of services shall be specified in the technical specifications. All participants of RFQ shall upload main documents, included in the offer. Offer validity is not less than 60 days. The deadline for the conclusion of the contract is 20 working days after the signing of the Protocol. The legal status of the procedure and documents, the procedure for conducting RFQ, as well as instructions for preparing bids are specified in the procurement documentation.
