Payment terms:	Stage I: provision of initial data for design without starting the manufacture of equipment. 100% of the cost of development and provision of source data is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer to the Supplier's current account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of written notification of approval of source data with the design institute. Stage II: manufacture of equipment and delivery after receiving a written notification from the Customer. - advance payment - 0%; - the first payment (90%) of the cost of the goods is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer to the Supplier's current account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance by the Buyer of the delivered Goods in full; - the second payment (10%) of the cost of the goods is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer to the Supplier's current account after the Buyer accepts the Goods delivered in full on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the Guarantee issued for the warranty period the period according to the draft agreement. The Call for Bidding Bidder has the right to submit, along with the main offer, an alternative proposal providing for the payment of an advance. At the same time, in the commercial offer, the Bidder must explicitly indicate: - the price of the main offer (without advance payment, post-payment); - the amount of discount (in percent) to the main offer, for which the Bidder is willing to reduce the contract price subject to payment of an advance.
