The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Payment terms:Prices in the offer must be indicated in rubles/ton. with 22% VAT and delivery to the Consignee's warehouse on condition of prepayment. There is a cell with a mark-up for the postponement conditions.
Delivery terms:1.Delivery by motor transport (multiple of 20tn vehicle loading) to the consignee's warehouse - Moscow during the entire period from 11/01/2026 to 11/15/2026 at the bidding of the consignee within 2 days. Prices in the offer must be indicated in rubles/ton. with VAT with delivery on condition of prepayment. There is a cell with a mark-up for the postponement conditions.
