1.2.1 Данная процедура Запроса предложений закупка
не является торгами, а также не является публичным
конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется статьями
447 - 449 ГК РФ и статьями 1057 - 1061 ГК РФ и не
накладывает на Заказчика гражданско-правовых
обязательств по обязательному заключению Договора
с Победителем закупки или иным участником закупки,
а равно не накладывает на Организатора обязанность
по возмещению какого-либо ущерба (убытков),
причиненного Участнику, или каких-либо расходов,
понесенных Участником в связи с проведением или
участием в соответствующих процедурах.
1.2.2 Организатор оставляет за собой право
изменить объем, условия поставки, период поставки,
приостановить и/или отменить настоящую процедуру
без оценки и/или акцепта полученных Оферт, а также
компенсации каких-либо расходов и/или убытков
Участников, с последующим уведомлением о таком
приостановлении и/или отмене процедуры всех
Участников.
