7. Form, terms and procedure of payment for goods, works, services:
7.1. The Buyer pays an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the price of the Specification within 10 (Ten) business days from the date of signing the Specification. (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract).
7.2. The Buyer shall make the final calculation in the amount of 50% of the Specification price within 5 (Five) business days from the date of receipt of the final calculation from the State Customer.

6.1. Delivery time: within 84 (Eighty-four) calendar days from the date of signing the Specification.
