Comments: The organizer of the procurement reserves the right not to consider the applications of the participants, received later than the deadline for the completion of the procedure, as well as not meeting the requirements of the procurement documentation in terms of form and composition.
The use of an electronic digital signature (EDS) is NOT required.
Based on the results of the procurement procedure, the winner will be offered to conclude an agreement on the terms on which the participant in the procurement procedure was declared the winner.
The contract is concluded on behalf of the Customer specified in this Notice.
In the event of a disagreement on the form and content of the contract, or a delay in signing the contract by the Winner, and, as a result, the absence of a signed contract by the Winner of the procedure within 10 working days from the date of notification from the Procurement Organizer about its recognition as the Winner, the Procurement Organizer has the right revise the results of the procurement procedure.
This procurement procedure is not a tender, the Procurement Notice / Notification is not a public offer of the Customer. The customer / procurement organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who took part in the procurement procedure.
