Delivery terms:
delivery to the customer's warehouse (recommended conditions). Deals are considered on the condition of the FCA warehouse transport company closest to the customer
1) The submitted application for participation should be accompanied by an offer with appendices on the established sample and contain the key information on offered to delivery goods/services, conditions and terms of delivery/rendering of services, terms of payment, conditions of guarantee.
2) Please read the standard version of the contract carefully. The participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement, which should be provided as part of the offer. Otherwise, the Participant shall be deemed to have agreed with the suggested wording.
3) The offer is supplemented with certificates or passports of quality, the goods for which the procedure of certification or certificate is provided. In case of provision of services, the offer is supplemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).
General Information:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
