Обоснование: Поскольку на участие в запросе предложений предоставлена одна заявка, то на основании п.15.5.8 Положения о закупках товаров, работ и услуг ОАО «Сыктывкарский Водоканал» предлагается признать запрос предложений в электронной форме несостоявшимся.
