Payment terms:Within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date (moment) of receipt of the Goods in full and signing the consignment note / universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as the UPD) by authorized representatives of the parties.
If the procurement participant is an SME entity, payment will be made within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date (moment) of receipt of the Goods and signing of the consignment note by authorized representatives of the parties.

Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
