Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:Basic (preferred) payment procedure:
- advance payment - 0%;
- the first payment (90%) of the cost of the goods is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer to the Supplier's current account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance by the Buyer of the delivered Goods in full (in the Buyer's warehouse);
- the second payment (10%) of the cost of the goods is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer to the Supplier's current account after the Buyer accepts the delivered Goods in full (in the Buyer's warehouse), on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the Guarantee, issued for the warranty period according to the draft contract.
