Auto-extension

Payment terms:
cashless payment is as follows:
- 90% of the value of the contract, the customer shall transfer to the bank account of the provider within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of heading invoice form TORG and -12 Act of acceptance and transfer equipment.
- 10% of the value of the contract, the customer shall transfer to the bank account of the provider within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the parties sign an act about putting equipment into operation.
Delivery terms:
term of delivery of equipment, installation, starting-up and adjustment works, as well as the briefing of the personnel of the customer-not later than 270 calendar days from the moment of signing the contract.
The provider must provide proof of compliance of the equipment requirements for assignment to products originating in the Russian Federation, subject to the provisions of the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 17, 2015 # 719.
If there is a violation of the terms of delivery of the equipment and/or perform installation, starting-up and adjustment works and/or Buyer pays the Provider briefing fines in the amount of 0.1% of the total value of the contract, as specified in section 2.1. This agreement for each day of delay.
