Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment for the goods is effected in rubles ACC. to RF CB exchange rate on the day of payment within 7 (seven) calendar days on the basis of the Invoice issued by the seller after the signature of the seller and the buyer of the commodity and/or transfer ownership. The buyer's obligation to pay for the goods is considered to be executed since the debiting of settlement account of the buyer.
Delivery terms:1. Up to 7 (seven) working days from the date of signature of the Treaty if the instances and (or) the software is available for download from the e-resource. 2. If copies are supplied only on physical media and do not exist in the warehouse of the supplier, the delivery time shall be no more than 8 (eight) weeks from the date of signing of the contract. By prior agreement with the Buyer supplying or transferring rights to the private parties. In case of delivery on physical media, delivery, as well as for loading/unloading is carried out by means of and at the expense of the supplier.
