Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt from the Supplier of a duly executed invoice for payment in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods shall be paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer and signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance and transfer of the Goods or other document confirming acceptance of the Goods
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier, the goods must be new, not used. Delivery time is 30 calendar days.
