Payment for the delivered goods is made no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods (if the primary accounting document (hereinafter referred to as the PUD) is issued on paper) or from the latest of two dates: the date of delivery of the goods of receipt by the Customer of the original document (if the PUD is issued in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic signature).
Payment for the delivered goods is made subject to the provision of originals, compliance with the norms of their registration and, if applicable, signing by both Parties:
- PUD;
- [invoices];
- invoices for payment.
If the original documents are provided in less than 5 days before the date of payment, payment is made no earlier than the expiration of 5 days from the date of their provision.
