Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment shall be made by a payment order from the Buyer's account to the Supplier's settlement account upon delivery of the Goods (Equipment) within 45 days after the submission of the documents to the Buyer, provided by subparagraph a), b), c), d) of paragraph 7.5 of the Agreement.
In case of conclusion of a contract with the supplier with the relevant criteria of attribution to SME subjects, payment shall be made by payment order from the Buyer's account to the settlement account of the Supplier upon the fact Delivery of Goods (Equipment) within a period of no more than 15 working days after the submission to the Buyer of the documents provided by subparagraph a), b), c), d) of paragraph 7.5 of the Agreement

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
