Comments: Applications are submitted in electronic form using functionality of E-Marketplace www.b2b-bashneft.ru and in accordance with its technical features, rules and regulations. Submission of quotations by the participants is conducted directly with the E-Marketplace before the date and time of the deadline for submission of applications by the participants. Обращаем внимание, что участниками в заявке на участие в закупке указываются персональные данные (далее - ПД) сотрудников, предоставление которых необходимо на этапе заключения договора. При этом участниками не предоставляются согласия на обработку ПД таких сотрудников, что служит причиной отказа в допуске к участию в закупке по причине не соответствия требованиями ФЗ от 27 июля 2006 года № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных». Согласно требованиям документации о закупке для подтверждения прохождения сотрудниками участника обучения (согласно требованиям «Анкеты участника о соответствии ОТПБиЭ») ПД таких сотрудников предоставлять не требуется.
