Two-stage purchase procedure

1. The supplier delivers the goods to the customer's address, delivery, rise to the floor, loading and unloading, are carried out by and at the expense of the supplier.
2. The package should include: all materials necessary for installation and operation of equipment, warranty service documentation, technical documentation for equipment, connecting cables and power cables necessary for equipment operation, detailed certification and other operational documentation in Russian
3. Accompanying services: Commissioning, commissioning according to the standards of accuracy according to the methodology approved by certified standards, warranty and post-warranty service; training of the customer’s personnel in the amount of at least two people in Russian at the installation site; the presence of a hotline in Russian.
4. Supplier Requirements: Availability of our own certified service from the manufacturer.

1) Commercial proposal should be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:

5) Criteria for selection of the best offer: quality, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;

Mandatory provision of documents (clause 5 of the TOR), proposals without documents are not considered.
It is possible to consider alternative proposals, with characteristics not lower than those specified in the statement of work, not impairing the technical characteristics of the equipment.
6) This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
7) This bidding procedure is also not a public request for tenders and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
