Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension with settings
If within the last 15 minutes before bid submission deadline the best rank changes, bid submission deadline in the call for bids will be automatically extended by 15 minutes from the time when the latest bid was submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made to the Seller's current account in an authorized bank after 60 calendar days, but not later than 65 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of the invoice, invoice and waybill, certificates of delivery of acceptance of the goods and the waybill COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 NKL. The volume of the shipped Goods is determined by conducting geodetic survey/surveying measurements in the presence of authorized representatives of the Parties with the execution of relevant acts.

The buyer independently ships the goods by his own transport or with the involvement of third-party transport at his own expense. All types of loading and unloading operations, including work with the use of lifting equipment, are carried out by the Buyer at his own expense with his own technical means or with the involvement of third parties.
