Payment terms:
payment is cashless by money transfer to the bank account of the provider in the following order:
advance payment in the amount of 50% of the value of the contract is for a period of 20 (twenty) banking days from the moment of signing by the parties of the supplementary agreement, setting out details of the supplier and on the invoice issued by the Supplier account.
payment in the amount of 40% of the value of the contract is for a period of 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of signing by the Parties Act of acceptance-transfer equipment and commercial invoice form Torg-12.
payment in the amount of 10% of the value of the contract is for a period of 20 (twenty) banking days upon completion of installation, COMMISSIONING, commissioning, customer and staff briefing signed Act of commissioning operation, as well as the provision of a bank guarantee as security for performance of warranty obligations under the contract (in case if the participant selects a bank guarantee as security for performance of obligations under the Treaty).
Delivery terms:
Term equipment supply, installation, starting-up and adjustment works, as well as the coaching staff of the customer-not later than 240 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties to the Treaty.
