Payment terms:
payment delivered the supplier of the goods accepted by the buyer on the basis of the consignment note signed by the Parties shall be carried out by the buyer within 85 (eighty five) or 30 (thirty) * Calendar days from the date of actual transfer of the goods To the buyer in full amount provided by the draft Agreement, subject to the following conditions:
1) The supplier has provided and the buyer has accepted the guarantee obligations in accordance with the procedure and deadlines set forth in section 8 of the draft treaty.
2) The supplier has transferred and the buyer has accepted all necessary documents under sections 5 and 8 of the draft treaty.
Payment by the buyer under the contract is made by cash in Russian rubles by payment orders to the account of the supplier.

Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of actual transfer of goods to the buyer in full, provided by the draft Agreement, subject to the following conditions:
