Условия оплаты:	The Buyer pays for the Goods delivered by the Supplier within 14 (Fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods indicated in the Invoice signed by the Buyer, subject to receipt of the invoice and fulfillment by the Supplier of the terms of clause 4.2 of the Agreement, by non-cash transfer of funds in rubles to the Supplier's current account.
Условия поставки:	To the ships of RSC "Sea Launch". Delivery is carried out at the expense, means and forces of the Supplier and is carried out exclusively during the Customer's working hours (from 08.00 – 17.00), delivery at other times must be separately agreed with the Customer. Each delivery is formed taking into account the Customer's needs, which is an essential condition and is accepted in strict accordance with the Customer's bid. Delivery is NOT allowed without/in excess of the Customer's bid.
