Обоснование: на основании п.10.9.3.3 Положения «О закупках товаров, выполнении работ, оказании услуг для нужд ОАО «Омскэлектро», утвержденного советом директоров 26.12.2013 года, срок фиксации цены и срок поставки не соответствуют требованию, изложенному в открытом запросе предложений 466 от 22.12.2015г. (466-2212-15);
- на основании п.10.9.3.1 Положения «О закупках товаров, выполнении работ, оказании услуг для нужд ОАО «Омскэлектро», утвержденного советом директоров 26.12.2013 года, не предоставлен полный пакет документов, указанный в п. 4.1.7 открытого запроса предложений 466 от 22.12.2015г. (466-2212-15).
