Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment for the goods is effected in rubles ACC. to RF CB exchange rate on the day of payment within 7 (seven) calendar days on the basis of the Invoice issued by the seller after the signature of the seller and the buyer of the merchandise invoice. Buyer's obligation to pay for the goods is considered to be executed since the debiting of settlement account of the buyer.
Delivery terms:, as well as the loading/unloading of goods is carried out by means of and at the expense of the supplier. Require delivery for a period of not more than 8 weeks from the date of signing of the contract requires delivery of the new product only. Delivery of goods, second-hand, not allowed. Requires the official manufacturer's warranty.
