Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment for delivery of goods is manufactured in the following order: (a)) 30 (thirty) percent of the goods specified in the contract to be paid within 5 (five) working days after the signing of the Treaty. (b)) 70 (seventy) percent actually delivered goods are paid within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the invoice by the customer from the vendor invoice after signing by the parties of heading invoice or invoice (form Torg-12) on goal quantity. To work on 100% is postpay advantage. The buyer's obligation to pay for the goods is considered to be executed since the debiting of settlement account of the buyer.
