Payment terms:
Payment of 65% advance payment within 15 calendar days from the date of signing the contract and providing confirmation of the order placement, 25% - within 15 calendar days after receipt of planters and plants at the supplier's warehouse, 10% (or 35%) - within 20 calendar days from the date of transfer (acceptance) of plants to the Customer and signing COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 and installation certificates.
Delivery terms:
Place of delivery of plants: Omsk, Ordzhonikidze 3A, Delivery, unloading, ascent to the ground floor, 1,2,3,4,5,6 floors (without elevator)
Delivery schedule: Ground floor 1,2, 3,4 floor from November 25 to December 1, 2026, 5,6 floor from March 15 to April 1, 2027
If all plants are ready for delivery before the specified time, plants and planters are stored in the supplier's warehouse, with the signing of acts of responsible storage and payment by the Customer of 25% of the cost of plants.
