To participate in the tender selection, you must submit:
- company card;
- copies of the constituent documents and certificates of state registration of the Applicant, a copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authorities, certified by the sole executive body of the Applicant. A note on the certification of a copy of documents by the head of the Applicant is considered appropriate in the presence of the following mandatory requisites; the position of the person certifying a copy of the document, his surname and initials, his signature and the seal of the organization;
- copies of licenses for the right to carry out activities corresponding to the subject of the tender (if this type of activity is subject to licensing), certificates, certificates, permits and other documents of the Applicant confirming the accreditation and legitimacy of the applicant's activities (if necessary), certified by the Applicant's sole executive body;
- a copy of the passport (for an individual entrepreneur);
- estimate of the production of works (in case of a tender for the provision of works /performance of works)

Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
