Comments:
1. The Procurement Procurement Procurement Organizer reserves the right NOT to review participants' requests that are received later than the completion of the procedure, as well as NOT in accordance with the requirements of the procurement composition.
2. As a result of the procurement procedure, the winner will be invited to conclude a contract on the terms under which the participant of the procurement procedure has been declared the winner (in accordance with the Customer's draft contract, as part of the procurement documents and the Contractor's protocol of possible disagreements).
3. The Contract is concluded on behalf of the Customer referred to in this Notice.
4. In case of any disagreement on the form and content of the contract, or delay in signing the contract by the Winner, and consequently the absence of a signed contract on the part of the Winner Procedures within 10 working days from the date of notification from the Procurement Procurement Organizer of its recognition as the Winner, the Procurement Procurement Procurement Procurement Organizer
5. This Procurement Procedure is NOT a tender, the Notice/Notice of Purchase is NOT a public offer by the Customer. The Customer/Procurement Organizer has no obligation to any suppliers who have participated in the procurement procedure.
6. The membership of the Participant's application must be in accordance with the list of documents specified in the "Participant's Application Form" section of this Notice.
7. The offer must have the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the company (no KP signature or seal is considered).
8. Files submitted as part of the Participant's application must be titled "Application for Participation", "Proposal", "Statutory Documents" and so on
