Обоснование: 1. Признать запрос предложений №878921от 24.08.2017г. на ЭТП В2В несостоявшимся, в виду того, что было принято только одно предложение.
2. В связи с признанием запроса предложений несостоявшимся произвести закупку у единственного источника (прямая закупка) на основании п.9.11 (d) Положения о закупках товаров и услуг и заключить договор с компанией АО "КИСЛОРОД" общей стоимостью 316 712,00 руб.
