Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:Stage I: provision of initial data for design without starting the manufacture of equipment. 100% of the cost of development and provision of source data is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer to the Supplier's current account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of written notification of approval of source data with the design institute.
Stage II: manufacture of equipment and delivery after receiving a written notification from the Customer.
- advance payment - 0%;
- the first payment (90%) of the cost of the goods is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer to the Supplier's current account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance by the Buyer of the delivered Goods in full;
- the second payment (10%) of the cost of the goods is paid by the Buyer by bank transfer to the Supplier's current account after the Buyer accepts the Goods delivered in full on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the Guarantee issued on the Warranty the period according to the draft agreement.
