Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Payment terms:100% deferred payment upon delivery of products. The preferred delay period is at least 60 days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse. Other payment terms are agreed by the Parties additionally.
Payment for products is made in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account. The payment currency is the Russian ruble.
The Buyer makes payments on account of payment for products based on the results of acceptance, provided that the Supplier provides original documents confirming the quality of products, invoices and invoices corresponding to the results of acceptance and issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Delivery terms:The goods are delivered by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse. The shipping cost is included in the price of the goods. The delivery date is the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12) at the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk, Southern Industrial Zone, Warehouse. Delivery time: minimum from the moment the Contract is signed by the Buyer. Availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered product must be new, not restored. Other terms of delivery are agreed by the Parties additionally.
The products must be accompanied by all mandatory documents confirming their quality and origin.
