Payment terms:
Settlements under the Contract are made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer, on the basis of the consignment note signed by both parties (Form No. COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12), subject to timely submission of the invoice-invoices (or UPD). An advance of up to 30% is allowed when providing a bank guarantee.
