The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the value of the Goods shall be paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer and signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance and transfer of the Goods or other document confirming acceptance of the Goods.
