The offer is valid for at least 60 days.
All Bidders of the price request must upload the following documents within 1 (one) business day after the end of the Competitive Bidding Process:
1. Completed forms according to the bid documentation.
2. Dealer certificate and representative letter for the supply of this product.
3. The signed contract and Appendix No. 1 to the contract, the specification (indicating the delivery time, price) in the Buyer's edition. The contract at the request of prices will be concluded again, regardless of previously concluded contracts.
When summarizing the results of the procurement procedure, the organizer has the right to demand a bank guarantee (an agreement with an advance payment of more than 3 million rubles), according to clause 2.8. of the Bid Documentation.
In the absence of any of the requested documents, the proposal will not be considered.
If the Bidder does not have the technical ability to submit an offer through the functionality of an electronic trading platform, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such a Bidder to an e-mail address me_b2b@mechel.com , having independently uploaded this offer to the site through the functionality of the System, subject to the following conditions:
The Bidder must be registered in the System;
The Offer must be received by e-mail no later than 4 business hours before the deadline for accepting Offers specified in the Notification, with mandatory notification of the responsible person by phone.
The documents must include an official letter of appeal to the Call for Bidding Organizer with a request to place an electronic version of their offer and a waiver of any claims related to the fact that the Offer in the System will not be placed by the Bidder himself.
This procedure for requesting prices is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure for requesting prices is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting prices does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The Bidder, before the date of bids opening, must provide all required documents through the System in accordance with the terms of this Bid Documentation in scanned form in an readable format (preferably *.pdf format).
Within 20 working days after signing the protocol, contracts are concluded with the winning counterparty of the procedure. After the conclusion of contracts, the Organizer sends appropriate notifications in the System, which is the completion of the procedure in the System.
