Payment terms:
Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 7-60 calendar days (basic conditions) from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD/Act and invoice (basic conditions). The preferred payment term is 60 calendar days (basic conditions). Lots No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 are supported by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). If the difference between the best offer and the offer of the SME entity is not more than 10%, then the SME entity is determined as the winner
