Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The calculation is made by the Customer with a delay of at least 60 and not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered Services, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered Services, signed by the Parties;
b) invoices;
c) report;
d) protocols for evaluating the efficiency of ventilation systems; passports of ventilation systems with the recording of the results of aerodynamic tests, schemes of ventilation systems, recommendations on the suitability of ventilation systems for further operation.

In case of conclusion of an agreement with the SMSP:
The payment for the rendered Services is made by the Customer within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered Services signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Offers set out in the Bid Notice on the request for proposals with the notification of all Bidders.
