Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The final payment for the services rendered with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) the journal of services rendered (Appendix No. 4 to the Agreement);
e) Bids/bids (Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement).

In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the SMSP, it is set out in the following wording::
The final payment for the rendered services is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services signed and sent by the Contractor, the journal of rendered services (Appendix No. 4), based on the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other methods agreed by the Parties that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

5. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Offers set out in the Bid Notice on the request for proposals with the notification of all Bidders.
