Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon their provision in the amount of 100% on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the services rendered and the invoice of the Contractor or a universal transfer document (UTD), an approved annotation report and a set of documentation provided for by the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1) in within 45 (forty five) calendar days (within 15 working days in case of concluding an agreement with an SME entity) after the Parties have signed an acceptance certificate for the services rendered or FRT.
