Осуществляется закупка товаров, не относящихся к товарам и программному обеспечению, указанным в позициях 1-7, 17, 21, 27, 35, 140, 141, 144, 146 приложения N 1 к постановлению Правительства РФ от 23.12.2024 № 1875 , в одном из следующих случаев:
начальная (максимальная) цена контракта (начальная (максимальная) цена договора), максимальное значение цены контракта (максимальное значение цены договора) или цена контракта, заключаемого с единственным поставщиком (подрядчиком, исполнителем) (цена заключаемого с единственным поставщиком (исполнителем, подрядчиком) договора), не превышает 1 млн. рублей и при этом ни одна из использованных при определении таких цен цена единицы товара не превышает 300 тыс. рублей;

- If the Bidder does not belong to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Batch of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signing by the Parties of the UPD), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Batch of Products:
- The original UPD for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies.
- If the Bidder belongs to small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for a Batch of Products is made by the Buyer within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of delivery of the Product (date of signing by the Buyer of the UPD (Universal Transfer Document)). The UPD is issued by the Supplier on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account specified in Article 10 of the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
