Заказчик производит оплату Работ на расчетный счет Подрядчика в следующем порядке:
- 30 % (тридцать процентов) от суммы Договора в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней после подписания обеими Сторонами настоящего Договора;
- 30 % (тридцать процентов) от суммы Договора в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней после подписания обеими Сторонами промежуточного Акта сдачи-приемки Работ;
- оставшаяся сумма выплачивается Заказчиком в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней после подписания Сторонами окончательного Акта сдачи-приемки выполненных Работ.
Оплата производится на основании получения счета на оплату Работ.
Датой оплаты является дата поступления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика.
