Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Work performed shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all Work and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of the Work on the basis of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the Work signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the Work, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
The act of delivery and acceptance of Works signed by the Parties;
Copy of the Invoice/Certificate/Register of acceptance-transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of Documentation on the Stage of work;
Originals of positive conclusions, Examinations, approvals, permits issued by Specialized organizations for Documentation on the relevant Stage of work;
original invoice;
the original invoice issued on the basis of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the Work and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work,
subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and timing of the Work performed.
In case of conclusion of an agreement with the SMSP, p.3.2. it is stated in the following wording:
3.2. Payment for the completed Works is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works under the Contract and the Contractor transfers to the Customer the Result of the work under the Contract within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the completed Works signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
3.3 Settlements under the Contract are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Offers set out in the Bid Notice on the request for proposals with the notification of all Bidders.
