The customer pays the advance payment in the amount of 30 (thirty) percent of the contract price agreed by the parties. The contractor is obliged to provide the customer with the repayment of the advance payment in time not later than 5 (five) working days prior to the prepayment date. Advance payment to the contractor shall be made within 5 (five) working days from the date of receipt of the original by the customer, but not earlier than 15 (fifteen) days from the date of notification and only if the provision of the return of advance, Requirements of 4.3.2 and annexes № 6-7 to the agreement.
In the case of providing for the repayment of advance payment before the date of signing this agreement, advance payment of 30 (thirty) percent of the contract price shall be paid by the customer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of signing the agreement.
The final calculation is carried out within 45 (forty-five) days from the date of the act of performed works provided that the original invoice is issued in accordance with the terms of the contract and the current legislation of the customer.
In the final calculation full advance is read out, and the contractor is transferred the excess of the price of the elaborated documentation on the contract over the amount of the advance.
2nd option
In case the contractor refuses to receive the advance payment, the provision of the advance refund is not required. Payment of works is made in full volume within 45 (forty-five) days from the date of the act of executed works provided that the original invoice is given to the customer in accordance with the terms of the contract and the current legislation.
