Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The Customer pays interim payments to the Contractor upon the fact of monthly delivery and acceptance of the completed Works, (taking into account the Agreement on ensuring the fulfillment of Obligations), within 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed Works signed and sent by the Contractor (form KS-2) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Payment of the Contract Price is made by the Customer by non-cash transfer of funds to the Contractor's settlement account, or in any other way provided for by the Contract and/or the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
