Requirements to the participants:	Участвовать в конкурсе могут любые юридические лица, зарегистрированные в системе B2B-MRSK в качестве полноправных участников данной системы. Однако чтобы претендовать на победу в конкурсе и получение права заключить с Организатором Договор, Участник конкурса должен отвечать следующим требованиям: a. Участник конкурса должен обладать необходимыми профессиональными знаниями и опытом, иметь ресурсные возможности (финансовые, материально-технические, производственные, трудовые), управленческой компетентностью, опытом и репутацией. b. Участник конкурса должен обладать гражданской правоспособностью в полном объеме для заключения и исполнения Договора (должен быть зарегистрирован в установленном порядке и иметь соответствующие действующие лицензии на выполнение видов деятельности в рамках Договора). c. Участник конкурса не должен являться неплатежеспособным или банкротом, находиться в процессе ликвидации, на имущество Участника конкурса в части, существенной для исполнения Договора, не должен быть наложен арест, экономическая деятельность Участника не должна быть приостановлена.
Documentation kit:	Конкурсную документацию участники смогут получить через Торговую площадку Системы на конкурсной доске. Это произойдет лишь после того, как они подтвердят свое намерение участвовать в проводимом конкурсе.
Bid securities (except for bank guarantees):	Обязательства Участников, связанные с подачей Конкурсной заявки, обеспечиваются неустойкой на сумму в размере до 2% от предлагаемой участником цены Договора (с учетом налогов) в соответствии с п. 4.4.3. конкурсной документации

Bid opening place:	Процедура вскрытия электронных конвертов с Конкурсными заявками будет проведена в порядке, предусмотренном правилами работы на электронной торговой площадке B2B-MRSK.

Contract award criteria and Contract execution term:	В рамках оценочной стадии ПДКК и экспертная группа оценивают и сопоставляют конкурсные заявки, после чего проводит их ранжирование по степени предпочтительности для Организатора. Единственным критерием для проведения оценки является ценовая предпочтительность конкурсной заявки. Договор между Организатором и Победителем конкурса подписывается на основании Протокола о результатах конкурса в течение 15 (пятнадцати) рабочих дней с момента определения победителя конкурса.
Starting purchase price:	Начальная (предельная) цена конкурса (с учетом НДС) составляет 7 737,086 тыс. руб.
Rebidding (price regulation):	Organizer may exercise the right to hold a rebidding.
