Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Delivery terms:The Supplier specifies the delivery time in its commercial offer. Delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier, is included in the cost of the goods.
The validity period of the submitted proposals from the Bidders of the open request for proposals must be at least 30 calendar days from the date of expiry of the deadline for submitting proposals.
The contract is concluded in the wording of the Customer's project. All possible changes to the contract clauses are indicated by the Bidder in the protocol of disagreements and uploaded to the bid during the main stage of the procurement procedure.
Uploading documentation to the bid according to the attachment "Document Requirements" and the commercial offer is mandatory.
